Baggage Claim Level at Austin Bergstrom International Airport is the lower level of the terminal building and contains a number of services and amenities for airline travelers and visitors. An information booth is available so that anyone can get information about airport services and flights. A courtesy reservation area is also available so you can check on hotel and car rental reservations once you arrive at the airport. Some of the amenities available at Baggage Claim Level include restrooms, a first aid station, the lost and found, baggage carts, and baggage claim. Travelers can get their rental cars, hail a taxi, or catch a bus at this level of the terminal building.

Concourse Level - Austin Bergstrom International Airport

Concourse Level is the second level of Austin Bergstrom International Airport and serves ExpressJet Airlines, Aeromexico, Northwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, JetBlue Airways, US Airways, United Airlines/United Express, and Frontier Airlines. There are a number of services available at Concourse Level, as well as retail shops and restaurants where travelers can relax and pass the time while they wait for flights. The Capitol Metro Bus and rental cars can be accessed from Concourse Level for easy transportation to Austin destinations.

Mezzanine Level - Austin Bergstrom International Airport

Mezzanine Level is the upper level of Austin Bergstrom International Airport. This level does not serve any airlines, but it does contain American Airlines Admirals Club & Business Center and Continental Airlines Presidents Club. There is a sports bar available on this level so travelers have somewhere to relax while waiting for flights. The airport's Aviation Department is also headquartered on Mezzanine Level.
