Car Rental

Eight rental car companies are situated at various rental car parking lots on the Airport Terminal's grounds. Go to the Airport website for information about which companies are available, their website addresses, and their local and toll-free telephone numbers, as well as their exact parking lot locations.

Public/Ground Transfer

Eleven bus services and shuttle companies are listed on the Nashville Airport's website, each with descriptions and contact information. Each company provides unique services that may include pet transportation and travel ranges within a 250-mile radius of Nashville. The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) offers fares to stops around Nashville at $1.25 per one-way fare, with schedules available at the Welcome Center.

Airport Shuttles

Airport shuttles operate to and from Terminal parking lots (both short- and long-term lots) on a frequent schedule from 5 a.m. to midnight or 45 minutes at the last flight. Passengers should have no problem getting to and from their vehicles to Terminal locations.

Limousine Services

The Nashville Airport website lists 20 limo companies, some of which will take passengers to other cities in Tennessee as well as limited points in Kentucky and Alabama. Most are locally operated. Reservations are recommended. Be sure to find out in advance whether certain restrictions apply, such as distance, pets, handicapped persons' needs, etc.

Taxi Services

The Airport lists seven cab companies on its website, most with handicapped accommodations. It's a good idea to check ahead of time and schedule a cab for special needs, if required. The Airport fare begins at $4.50 at pickup and $2 per mile after that, with a one-way fare to the downtown area or Opryland about $22.
