A number of transportation options are available for people who need to get from ONT to other destinations. Your mode of transport will vary based on your destination and how much you're willing to spend on transportation. Options include car rental, taxis, and public transportation.

Car Rental

A number of car rental companies are located on-site at ONT including Alama, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, and National. One rental company is located off-site; Rent 4 Less. A shuttle is available to take travelers from the airport to the ground transportation facility. Rent 4 Less provides a shuttle from the ground transportation facility to their off-site car rental facility.

Public/Ground Transfer

A number of bus and train providers offer service to people traveling from ONT. Amtrak, Penelope Valley Transit Authority, Foothill Transit, Greyhound, Metro Bus and Rail, Metrolink, Morongo Basin Transit Authority, Mountain Area Regional Transit Authority, Crestline, North San Diego County Transit District, Omnitrans, Orange County Transportation Authority, Palo Verde Valley Transit Authority, Riverside Transit Agency, SunLine Transit Agency, Ventura County, and Victor Valley Transit Authority all offer transporttion from the airport. Airport Shuttles

A free airport shuttle operates every 10 to 12 minutes and takes passengers from the parking lots to the terminal building. Another shuttle is available to take passengers from the terminal to the ground transportation center, where they can access car rentals and other ground transportation.
