Value Place provides short-term residents home-like accomodations with weekly rates starting at 189 weekly. Children 17 and under stay free with a parent or guardian, age 18 and above are charged as an adult. Minimum length of stay is 7 days. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, kitchenette in each studio, expanded cable with movie channel, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on-site laundry facilities, and available high-speed internet access. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to 3PM day of arrival to avoid full amount of stay plus tax charge. Our office is closed Sunday, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday.
