DC 05/06 This is an Historical Masseria used to be the private houses of noble people in the past, it was built in a very typical style with local white stone. The sighting tower was used to spot the arrival of Saracens, the infamous Turkish pirates. The building dates back to the 16th century and these type of buildings are an important part of the history of the Puglia region. The Antique Masseria, located near the small village of Fasano, is set on a large estate overlooking the Adriatic sea, immersed in the countryside full of century old olive trees, juicy organic fruits and vegetables.
