Please note until end of March 2007 the lobby and reception area will be under renovation. It is anticipated that this redevelopment will not overly affect the guests experience in anyway. However, from mid April until end Nov the hotel intend to add 40 additional rooms in separate wing newly acquired by the owners. Again the hotel anticipate any noise and building work can be kept entirely hidden from the guest and should in theory cause no inconvenience to guests stay and experience. The hotel is in a quiet location, set back from the road next to the city centre lakes and within easy walking distance of Norreport station.
