Buses, taxis can drive through the city only at a Reduced speed of 30km/h. Guest leaving the hotel after 09.00 am can Leave the city / Brussels capital region upon presentation of their hotel receipt or a document provided by the hotel. guests arriving prior to 07.00 pm can reach the hotel with a confirmation letter.
